so I put it out there that I would scraplift or be inspired by one of our amazing supporters..

BUT..

no one replied.. INSERT sad face..

so instead I thought I would catch up on some shares of some layouts that i have done that Slack bum blogger haven't blogged yet...

 featuring the Camera Pin {words can't express my love for them} and the velum confetti..

 here I used a Foam Polaroid frame. and some foam and felt leaves...

 created with a Vellum Bow and a wood heart Pin and the wood veneer World word..

using Some hessian leaves and a Star Wood veneer pin..

so the original design is pretty much the same.. 

i just added my spin on the texture and background and changed where the bow went..

Its all about being INSPIRED to create...

 this time with the word I painted it with.... Nail Polish...

 yep nail polish to give it more POP..

Hey everyone. 

as you can guess we are having a super fun Scraplift the team month for November...

and its my turn....

I'm going to go with INSPIRED by instead of lift..

mainly because i get a little lost sometimes along the way........

so first up.. its a Rikki artwork to lift...

and then for me..... this is my take..

see what I mean by Inspired by.. 

a lift doesn't mean that it has to look exactly the same.. 

Vellum Bows and a vellum Envelop!... so cool..

 and don't forget the Vellum Confetti.... 

i love how easy they are and they just WORK...

and the Wood Veneer word just left RAW... woohoo

Love Chloe's Vellum products.. layer them up for something a little different...

a little bit of random...

so I'm sharing some randoms that I've created lately.....

I was inspired by a Fiona Paltridge video of a layout she created a little while ago..

 

I loved how it all ended up... a little bit of me and a little random.

 

"Hey Beautiful"

 the photo is one I took of my friends daughter Alecia in the sunflowers a little while ago

and its one of my favourites.....

{i'm printing at home at the moment so the quality isn't as good as i'm used to ..

but at least i'm getting some different material to work with"

the Camera Pin is from Rainbow Splendour

and the chippy is a Scrapmatts...... .  

 

next up I was playing with being able to do people..

I still don't do people but I haven't given up yet...

 

'She Is Strong"

at lot of mixed media in this .. started with a dylusions background and then mixed watercolours and paint to a create the .. lady......

 I then "scrapped" the top portion of the page to create a she art inspired layout...

I've used another DLish flair,..  a Charms creation a heavenly heart.

and a Rainbow Splendour vellum pin wheel.. cute hey!!!

Dare to Dream.....

good morning, afternoon or just a hello..

I've been experimenting a little lately.....

and I probably finish with this one.. since its the latest project that I created...

anyway, I never do anything in the correct order....

 

"Dare to Dream"

 This just started out as a little play with watercolour to create the deer..

and then ended up as a layout..

totally different and I really like it...

LOOK flowers... I used FLOWERS...

I know you can pick yourself up off of the floor now!!..

a dLish flair in there as well as some Rainbow splendour Felt bow and crown pin....

I totally love how this ended up..

just goes to show that experimenting can definitely be a good thing..

Why hello my dears..

Just popping in to share some magic of rainbow splendour..

so some of you who visited the last sale got some awesome little vellum circle cuts in your package as a little surprise..

well guess what SO DID I............ and I just had to use them straight away...

 

"#queensland"

 

 LOVE how easy they were to use.. just cluster some together .. randomly stitch them on and wallah... easy and super funky extra to your layout...

 

next is what I created for March's Show us your stuff challenge....

 

"with You"

 I've added some closies so that you can see the extra detail and magic...

 that deer pin............... seriously people how CUTE is that..

so easy just to add it so that you have a little something extra..

 and then the polaroid frames complete with sparkle.. I'm not really a glitter girl but even I LOVE these...... team it up with a cute vellum bow and what a feature you have to draw your attention down to the super cute photos {even if I say so myself}

 

and then I made a CARD..

"Happy Birthday"

teamed up a cute purple felt bow

{how well are these made.. I just wanted to point that out.. the detail.. yay}

added a Crown pin and some random extras..

worked a treat..

Hi everyone. 

Over at Rainbow Splendour for the month of May it was Scraplift the  Design team month.

and well I started out with good in tensions but alas only managed to get 1 done.....

and that was one of the boss lady's layouts...

I chose this one......

And this is how mine ended up.. 

Yep not quite really alike but you can see some similarities.....
