Vellum Pinwheel....

Hi all,

I had fun recently with some new Rainbow Splendour and Charms Creations....
Chloe made some of these cute vellum pinwheels... Maybe they might be available in the NEXT SALE???

 

I stuck a big bling spot into the centre and then nestled it nicely amongst my other embellishments.
